To view, set, or adjust your Resident IQ (RIQ) Score Model, go to Properties and select the property that you would like to work on.
Select the Resident IQ option.
You should now see a bar that shows the current settings and allows you to adjust those settings. To adjust them, simply grab the column dividers and move them left or right, to the desired score for each recommendation (Approved, Conditional-High, Conditional-Low, and Decline).
The verbiage under the bar provides more information about the recommendations. Once you have adjusted the desired settings, be sure to select the "Save RIQ Settings" button located in the lower-left corner.
